FAQ

1. Are extra parts included in the cost? —> No, this service does not include the cost of spare parts.
2. Will the electrician buy installation material? —> No, Th material is to be provided by customers.
3. Will the electrician put back the switchboard after the service? –> Yes, the electrician will put back the switchboard later on.
4.  Is uninstallation of an existing switch included in the installation of a smart switch? —> Yes, Although, only relevant switches shall be uninstalled followed by installation of smart switches.
5. Will the electrician carry out the configuration of wi-fi router as well? —> No, The electrician will not configure the wi-fi router.
6. Will the electrician create an Alexa/ Google Home account & configure the respective devices? —> No, The electrician can only link a properly configured Alexa/ Google Home account with the app.
7. Will the spare parts have a warranty? —>Y All the spare parts that are either purchased via Mr.EP or procured by our professionals comes with a warranty.
